They are very good on price, customer service, claims is even good. But prior conditions they are terrible. For the smallest problem....they completely won't cover that part of the body. If you had a c-section....forget it. It is a prior condition and they won't cover anything with a baby delivery..

Humana has consistemtly ignored my requests for a new payment (2007) coupon booklet dspite my four calls to its customer service numbe. Each time the person promised to see that the oversight (along with a letter notifying me of a 50% increase) would be corrected. This all began in Jan '07, it is now March!.
