I have been "knocked out " of the system twice, after my doctors asked for tests, that are to be honest, extremely expensive, but when Humana was asked if they were covered , and they said yes, they would tell the health care provider, that I am not insured with them ! so of coarse the provider would think I was submiting a fraudulent claim! causing all kinds of headaches.. |

Humana has ALL kinds of hidden exclusions everywhere you turn. They will approve procedures and visits only to later deny them AFTER your visit and after giving authorization. Their sales reps LIE to get you enrolled, I mean BOLD face lie. Disgusting. Corporate doesn't care either.. |
